Undergound Infiltration Tank
Novaplas recently supplied another underground Drainwell Stormwater Infiltration Tank in an industrial area. This time it was installed directly beneath a hardstand car parking area. This enabled valuable land space to be developed and utilised, instead of being wasted.
The 80,000L Drainwell Stormwater Infiltration Tank was required to manage stormwater run-off. As a result, stormwater is managed on site without needing to be directed to the local council drainage system.
The Drainwell Cell System was specified by the Civil Engineer due to its flexible design and vehicle load bearing capability. Drainwell Underground Tanks are Made in Australia from 100% recycled materials by Novaplas and have been used extensively under car parks in automated distribution centers, hyperscale data centers, shopping centers, large format retail warehouses and many other commercial applications.
