Returns Policy for Novaplas Online Store Purchases Only.

At Novaplas, we are committed to providing high-quality plastic moulded components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at our ‘contact us’ with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorisation if your request is approved.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
