Novaplas recently supplied another 2 x Underground Stormwater Detention Tanks for a new industrial warehouse development in Melbourne.

The Drainwell tanks were installed below ground to save valuable land space.

A total capacity of 240,000L was required to manage excess stormwater on site. Novaplas supplied 2 tanks with a 120,000L volume per tank. Each tank measured 18.12m (L) x 4.00m (W) x 1.70m (H).

Stormwater Detention Tanks mitigate flash flooding on site caused by sudden rainfall events.

Drainwell tanks are made in Australia from 100% recycled plastic supporting an environmentally friendly circular economy.
